Let's Go
My submission for this month's Virtual Paintout is a small scene I found while roaming the streets of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, México. This area in Mexico has so much vibrant color, so many flowers, and so much activity.
I still have a few screen captures of scenes I found that I may paint, and I might get a second one in for this challenge. But for now, I'm happy to capture this boy with his dog. I wrestled with leaving the adult's legs & shadows out of the painting, but it lacked balance without them. I think it adds to the scene, forcing the eye down to the boy & dog, which are the main subject. I enjoyed painting this one.

Bisous
I like your composition. I agree that the adult legs add to the story.
