This was a Virtual Paintout location in the past, but for the life of me, I do not recall where. I will continue to look through all my files and if I can find it, I will post an update.
I loved this scene - the composition of it as it arc's across the bridge to the land on the other side. And I added the colors to make this a bit more lively. I like this one quite a bit!

The island of Kinmen is part of a small archipelago of several islands administered by Taiwan. Administratively, it is Kinmen County of Fujian Province, Republic of China (ROC). The county is claimed by the People's Republic of China (PRC) as part of its own Fujian Province's Quanzhou Prefecture.
