Delphiniums

From December of 2010, this floral painting was done for the Wet Canvas challenge. We were each to paint the flower of our birth month. I love the colors in this & how they complement each other. This was also painted in the "shapes" style, rather than true realism, and I think that gives this an interesting visual.
