Licorice Candy

Something a little sweet. I always loved these candies as a child. I would find them in candy dishes when we went visiting at the holidays. And of course, I couldn't just eat it as it was. I had to take it apart it eat the parts separately. And I wanted one of every color & every shape! I always thought that the different colors tasted differently -- maybe they actually do. The dark black sections are the actual licorice, and that was a good part also.

Ooh yummy! And there were Snaps and Good & Plenty too! A fine thing to set my mouth to craving this a.m.!

I don't remember these candies but I do love black licorice. I don't know how you can paint goodies such as these. I would probably gain 5 pounds because I would be so focused on sweets. I like this painting.

Sherry - Glad this appeals to your sweet tooth, sorry it was in the a.m. tho. Maybe you can get some later today!
Nancy - Glad you like it. And yes, 5 pounds easily & 1 trip to the dentist. :)
