Jersey Path

"Jersey Path"
9x12 acrylic on canvas board
Available through DPW gallery/auction

This was done for a previous VPO that visited the Island of Jersey. I have always had a fascination of a picket fence. In fact, they have been in a few of my landscape paintings - and will probably be in more of them.

I always like this lush walkway path with it's deep shadows. I can picture myself walking there, surrounded by all the greenery.

It is indeed a gorgeous path, Nancie!

This is a perfect post for a hot summer day. It looks like you can take a nice cool walk in the shade down that path. I also like the variety of greens that you used.
