Speaking of Ireland..... yesterday's painting of Dublin reminded me of this painting done last year, also for one of Lee Brown's challenges at A Day Not Wasted. The location on this is Northern Ireland and it shows off the beautiful Irish country.
This painting is a mix of brushwork & knife work - loved working this one. I don't do near the amount of knife work as I should! But seeing this reminds me how much I enjoy working with the knife - and also, how much I love the color green!
