Back to New Jersey for the next Home Portrait. I absolutely love the front of this house. Look at the wonderful lines & angles! I went with a close up look to the front since the client's instructions stressed the flowers on the stairs. But as soon as I saw that peak, the 2 double windows at the top & the rounded top door -- I fell in love.
I am caught up on my Home Portraits - for the moment. Looking forward to painting a few of the photos I have taken recently. A bit of scenery for a little change, I think.

Thanks Sea - the values are indeed bold in this, I hadn't realized just how much so until you mentioned it. The lines of the house were bold and I wanted to enhance that, so the brush & paint just took over!
Thank you Sherry. I'm curious about the inside also. When I originally got the order or the painting, I had discovered that the house was for sale. But I can no longer find the listing, so either the sale had occurred or the owner took it off the market.
