I haven't met a sunflower that I didn't like! Those wonderful faces with all the bright yellow. When Dana Marie posted this sunflower photo for a challenge over on Artistic Sentiments, I knew I would paint it. I never miss a chance to work with all those gorgeous yellows! Of course, outside looks nothing like this now - snow piles and cold temperatures. But I can dream, and remember the warm sun on my face and colors within the yard - looking forward to those days again.

Great sunflowers Nan. I love painting sunflowers as well, they just make you feel happy.
