Good Morning All!
Last weeks DPW challenge was to paint your breakfast. Most mornings I eat in a hurry, since I have work. But on the weekends I love to have a breakfast where I can sit & enjoy. For me, it's waffles - love em! Now I enhanced this a bit as I don't put a giant dollop of butter on top, and I am a bit light with the syrup. I don't like to over due my indulgences, but I do love to have the taste.

Beautiful job on the syrup, so sticky and translucent. Yum!
Nan, I was sure I commented on this painting, but I don't see it. If this is a duplicate, think don't publish it.
I think the syrup on these waffles looks amazing! It looks like it will slowly run off the waffles and then out of the painting down the wall. Really great!
