This was done for a new challenge called "All Media Photo Challenge" on the Artists Daily website. This challenge is where an image is posted by one of the members & then it's used as reference. I loved the photo and chose to keep the crop on it. I did play with the colors a bit (enhancing what I saw in the photo). I really liked the idea of blue & green on the leaves, so I enhanced the blue more.
All in all, this was a fun painting to do. I always like painting flowers, this one was no exception.
