Morning Glorys - SOLD

Acrylic on 9x12 canvas sheet
SOLD - prints available

Done back in March 2010, this painting was fun to do. Playing with the petals of the flowers, adding the lights & darks to indicate the bend and ruffles in the petals. Also, playing with the greens and the veins in the leaves. I love the Morning Glory flower - their daily blooms though out summer are such a welcome sight.

I loved seeing this first thing this morning. Lovely job. I love morning glories, too.

I also love morning glories. They are so beautiful and my favorite way to see them is covering a metal fence. The make that type of fence look so beautiful. You did a wonderful job on these, Nan. Your colors are deep and rich and true.
